Empowering Teachers
We develop relevant, comprehensive resource kits with all the materials needed to carry out engaging science lessons. The bilingual kits are delivered to schools using a subscription based library system.
Our Vision
Raising Scientific Literacy
We aim to see every child in New Zealand become scientifically literate. This means they have a clear understanding of science concepts and processes encountered in their daily lives. Improving scientific literacy will have a huge economic and social benefit to New Zealand.
Critical Thinking Skills
Science teaches us how to gather and interpret information, and to make informed decisions. A key skill in light of the prolific ‘fake news’ on all media platforms.
Economic Prosperity
Our future economy depends on advancements in clean technology, automation and digital innovation. A scientifically literate workforce will have the skills to embrace this future of work.
Health & Wellbeing

Such an awesome kit!!!!!!! I’m not too great at science, as I don’t know how to teach or where to start, but these kits… I loved it! Already booked another three, and can’t wait to get into them with my students. A mātou mihi nui!!!!!!

I really liked this kit. It’s so great to have everything ready. The teacher manual resource is excellent. I liked having an observation handout for the ocean acidification experiment. The priority for me is that the children have background and theory from the teacher (which is clearly provided in the teacher manual) and that they have a hands-on experience. All the activities in this kit allow for that, so 10 stars. It is also nice for the children to record their learning. Worksheets are much less exciting, but I like them so that the children are able to go back to them for reference and as evidence of achieving the Science Capabilities. Great balance 🙂

This kit was the most engaging for my boy heavy class, we had so much fun that we were able to entice other teachers within the kura to give it a go too. Conversations moved from wow look at how high that went to, wow we need a lot of force or thrust to get that high.

The tamariki loved this Science kit, they were able to look at some of the food in a different way, the experiments were awesome. Nga mihi nui ki a koe, koutou ko nga tangata I awhina ki te whakahaere tenei mahi Putaiao.
