Term 3 Holiday 2019 Monday—Friday 7th -11th October 9am—3pm 8-13 years
We will be looking at all forms of energy, how it can be transferred and how it can transform. Students will learn the difference between potential and kinetic energy. We will be carrying out investigations and making models in order that the students can observe energy in motion, such as elastic potential energy or energy in action such as chemical reactions. Students will be encouraged to explore light, heat, mechanical, electrical, sound and gravitational energy. The options for our energy explorations are endless. Which is why we are calling this term, Energy is Everywhere!
